Elevate is here to try and support you in your services and attempts to make the world a better place. As a parent, your service is fundamentally tied to your very life -- that mini-me who you're trying your best to make a better-me. We're hoping to provide you with some thoughts, resources and activities which can help you to think about how some of our themes relate specifically to parenthood and childhood and about how your role as a parent doesn't only involve cultivating these qualities in your children, but in ensuring that you are taking the time to cultivate them for yourself.

In light of the current COVID-19 health crisis, we know you may be spending more time with your little ones and that's great! But it can be really hard too. We've included a compilation of Writings on parenthood which might provide you with a pick-me-up and a reminder of how vital this service is.
