It was Banksy who said, "If you're tired, learn to rest not to quit." Our lives sometimes get overwhelming and the efforts required of us sometimes seems impossible to achieve. If we don't have practice in taking care of ourselves, we might miss the opportunity to recover. Making sure that we are healthy in body and in mind. To be rested, prepared and strong are all incredibly important aspects of ensuring that we can continue on our individual journeys of service. Our own health contributes to the health and vitality of our communities and healthy communities can help us take better care of ourselves. This week's offering includes informative talks, articles and even a meditation session to ensure that you're taking good care of yourself, so that you can help take care of others.
